Abdominal-sacral massage, or stomach massage, is a highly effective remedy to numerous issues in the gut area. It aids with digestive issues, painful periods, bloating, stomach cramps and more.
A lot of emotions are held within this part of the body, and can often be released through massage techniques performed on the stomach and lower back.
What To Expect From A Treatment
This treatment will begin with full body massage, focussing on any areas of discomfort and preparing the body for the abdominal-sacral massage. Once on the belly, your therapist will apply soft, circular massage techniques, following the natural progression of digestion through the organs and aiding with multiple bodily functions. They will then apply slightly deeper pressure to release any trapped tension and emotion held within in the stomach area. We recommend including a short treatment of Reiki to the stomach area as Reiki is well known for helping with gut/digestive issues.

Callum is a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Ayurvedic Therapist and palm reader, initially achieving distinction in Level 3 Body Massage with Anatomy, Pathology & Physiology (iTEC) at London College of Massage. He has since been trained in 16 Ayurvedic therapies, Indian Head Massage, Face Lift & Acupressure Massage, Deep Tissue, Abdominal-Sacral Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Cupping Therapy. He is currently spending his time studying Shamanic practices indigenous to both the UK and other parts of the world.
